Prayer

The Divine Office

The liturgy is the heart of our life
and the source of our unity
which has its centre in the Eucharist.

Lectio Divina

The Word of God is Christ.
We listen to Him through the reading of Holy Scripture.

The nuns are to seek, ponder and call upon God in solitude so that the Word proceeding from the mouth of God may not return to him empty, but may accomplish those things for which it was sent.
